What are your business hours?
We are available to assist you from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, sorry. We only ship Domestically in the USA at this time.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us ASAP if there is an error or problem with your order. We'll do our best to correct or make it right, but due to the nature of custom orders, returns aren't usually possible.
Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely! We love creating unique and personalized designs. Contact us with your ideas, and we'll work together to bring them to life.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. We ask for 3-5 days to process and ship. Longer lead times or delays, customers will be notified.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can! Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey to your doorstep.
Is my personal information secure?
Your privacy and security are important to us. We take all necessary measures to protect your personal information. We don't sell any customer information.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we operate exclusively online. However, we are always happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have. We do occasionally sell at craft fairs and special events locally in Denver/Boulder area. Private Pop Up Shows exclusively for your Special Events are also in the works.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
